Seeing how quickly you actually heat it and your example of what not to do, I see the error I was making. THANKS! Now maybe I can make some that are at least 1/2 as nice as yours, which would be beautiful!

As I don't have a heat gun could I use a Hair Dryer?

@Gypsy4488 I have never tied a hair dryer. It might work. It just might take longer to get the candle hot enough. Let us know if it works.
