Medical malpractice lawsuit payouts have stayed even for a decade now, where as insurance cost to doctors and hospitals for malpractice coverage has raised exponentially.
I think Rudy might have a hand up him and it belongs to the insurance industry. Either that or he needs to do his own research.
Doctors and hospitals shoudn't use ordinary care in treating you and your family? Cut the compensation of the most seriously injured who are injured due to medical negligence? Make it difficult to hire an attorney because your injury while serious would not garner a large enough award of damages to warrant damages. Just like a politician no solutions just political rhetoric designed to inflame. If you are a Doctor vote for him, if not why would you? Someone who wants to eliminate your rights.
