  • Great he looks better than when I ride him so just about always

  • At the trot she's not really moving. When a horse is truly moving at the trot, you want their hindleg to step in teh hoof print of their foreleg. Doing this helps elevate their back and helps get more impulsion over the jumps for a cleaner, better jump. The canter looks really nice and quiet, it could be a titch faster but other than that it looks really good. For the jumping thing, I would definetely ask for more before the jump though. She lacks impulsion going in. Good luck.

  • @cathrynxox thank you! i really should delete some of these really old videos :p you seem really knowledgeable. I would LOVE to hear your advice on some of my newer videos. visit my channel and give me some advice? its greatly appreciated.

  • @63485 Thanks!! :) sorry, I didn't realize it was an older video

  • I think that you did a very good job! The only thing I would say is keep your horse more forward because otherwise he won't have enough momentum to jump like at 1:23 - 1:28 he shortof walked over or trotted like they were cavelettis. But this was a year ago so you're probably much more improved

  • that was great, but i agree with ilovestandardscout. you do need to bring your leg back under you a bit more. good job and keep on riding!!
