  • woow it actually works i did it with 3 phones and it works

  • It didnt look familiar..

  • it didnt work

  • thums up if it did'nt work

  • i got the write anwser

  • I'll guess your phone number :D Write down your phone number...

    then look at this...

    Look familiar? :D

  • I figured it out. It all boils down to the first three numbers multiplied by 1000, then the next four numbers added on.

    For example, (111 x 1000) + 1111 = 1111111

  • This did not work, I used a good calculator, I know my phone number very well, I also used this with my friends' numbers that I also know off by heart, and this trick did not work. All it showed me was the first 3 digits and the last 2 digits-it missed out 2 digits. You, sir, are an asshole. And I don't swear very often, oh, look what your stupid trick that doesn't work made me do!

  • @JessofMinecraftia ur the a**hole it effin works u probably didnt do it with the right calculator

  • @fashiondiva5678 Ahem! It was the correct calculator, because I checked, also, I found out the reason why it didn't work for me, and thats because I'm British, so your number are a few numbers shorter than ours. BTW to the person who made this, sorry about calling you an A**hole, its only because I didn't realise the difference between the American and English numbers. Also, sorry to you, fashiondiva5678, but you are right.

  • can this work when your from the UK?

  • @zoeyfaz nope

  • it worked

  • Comment removed

  • crepey!!

  • it didnt work and i know my math

  • OMG.IT WORKED ON MY FRIEND.I JUST TRIED IT.

  • but if i tell you the first three digits and the last four i basically gave you my number

  • explained by maths... call the first 3 digits of your phone number, the number X call the last 4 digits of your number, the number Y step by step: 1) X 2) 80X (x80) 3) 80X+1 (+1) 4) 20000X +250 (x250) 5) 20000X +250 +2Y (+Y twice) 6) 20000X +2Y (-250) 7) 10000X +Y (/2) 10000X shifts the first 3 digits up 4 to accomadate Y :)
  • Awesome. But what wasnt awesome was the fact that u played Spicegirls *shivers*

  • i did it by hand and i got my number! freaky but cool!

  • too fast :(

  • wait.. 7 digit #?

    this didnt work for meee

    :(

  • its rong cuz im in the uk not america so thats why it aint familia

  • @khadijak89 It does work, use your house number, dont use the first 4 numbers because thats your area code, then use the last 7 numbers

  • @SuperMaggot250893 okay thx i'll check later !

  • OMG! AWESOME! GOING TO TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS!

  • teri maa ki choot saale kutte time killer harami saale

  • Who has the time in their day to figure out this mathematical equation equals your phone number?

  • @DuckVader64

It took me literally 3 minutes to prove it...

His formula can be broken down to the following:

Let your phone # be represented by 10⁴ a + b (so that the first 3 digits are 'a' & the last 4 are 'b')

    ie if your number is 5551234 => a=555, b=1234 and 10⁴ a + b = 5551234.

His formula is equivalent to the following expression:

    [(80a + 1)*250 + 2b - 250]/2

We can show that this is equal to 10⁴ a + b (with simple algebra).

    .

    This is not hard guys.

  • @gaussiann

But the thing is... who cares? (Not to be a hater, just being honest.)

  • it worked except for i ended up with the wrong phone number because I accidently typed in the wrong last 4 digits. i typed the last 4 digits of my home phone not my cell lol

  • stalker...-.-

  • i didnt need a calculator

  • lol, did it in my head

  • mine didn't work so i just did '1234567' and it worked. nice

  • It didnt work with my number but I thibk its because the 1st digit of my last four numbers is 0

  • whoa

  • it worked and i used a scientific calculator just like you told me not to do!

  • Its basicly

    +250

    then -250

    then x2500

    then /2500.. just mixed up.

  • @GirlGamerReallywild guess what ur stupid !!!!

  • @baileykevs Great, thanks. Thats why im right.

  • WAIT FOR ME TO FIND A CALCULATER!!!

  • lol mines a 9 digit...

  • IT WORKED

  • nice O.O

  • Omg? i got the last 7 digits of my number

  • this is a piece of crap

  • i know your 7 digits long phone number:

simply tell me the first three digits.

now multiply by 10000, and add the other four digits.

    =OH...WHAT A WONDER=

you just need the 3 beginning and the last 4 digits.

    alternative ways:

    6+1 or 5+2

yes. you must be a genius to find that out.

  • it works some times

  • my number had an extra 0 than it should of had

  • IT WORKS EXEPT I HAVE AN 8 DIGIT PHONE NUMBER SO THE THIRD NUMBER WAS MISSING BUT OH WELL!

  • its the same as this guys

first imagine a digit from 1 to 10(guessing you imagined it now to step 2)

    add 10

    times that by 3

    subtract that by 2

    then times it by 10

then subtract the number you imagined

    is it 280?

its the same principle as here its just its in the calculator and a little more complicated, thumbs up so people can see :D

  • its simple its the same principle as here, listen carefully:

imagine a number from 1 to 10(guessing you imagined now to the next step)

    add 2

    times that 5

ok then times that by 10

then subtract the number you imagined(guessing you did this)

    is it 100?

its the same principle guys, its just on a calculator and a little more complicated, but the principle is the same :D thumbs up for people to see :D

  • it works maaan

  • thumbs up if you thumps up :D

  • thumbs up if ur wathing this in 2020 yea im in the future!

  • @XxUndeadOriginalxX No, I'm actually watching this in the past on my iStone.

  • this number does not look familiar... it actually only has 7 digits. Looks like we have to-- get our digits. YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  • i used pen and paper and got it right. that's pretty cool even if lame

  • wrong!

  • 0:42 Yeah I can't do 41041 + 1 in my head.

    Better try again!

  • gay!!!!!1 it didnt work

and i did it five times and i even had a freind do it

  • Isn't it sooo cool how math and numbers can do soo many things?=)

  • 458590??? no i dont think so :)

  • Or you could just multiply the first three digits by 10000 and add the last four. Just like in the video, only all the extra steps are scrapped out.

  • @DaCyanWaffle123 way better than the vid...this one actuaally works

  • How much yuu wanna bet??? LOOOOOOOOL

  • thats kinda scary lol

  • too bad my phone number is 6 numbers :/

  • He's just throwing numbers in that will work to divide and subtract into the numbers of your first and last digits to end with the equation. Try it without the last four digits. That's what would make it weird.

  • my ass has more brain power than your head

  • i just received a missed call....from my calculator

  • wow this actually works

  • ahahahaa got it right

  • omg it workes only when your number is 7 digits long!!!

  • @MrDslayer99 your calculator sucks then :D

  • _ _ _ - _ _ _ _ .5????

  • Your an idiot to think anyone will subscribe just because you showed them a math trick you geek.

  • Thumps up if your numbers not 7 digits so you used 1234567 to see if it worked :D

  • @JB3PAC tried it but it didnt work i got 19099 every time

  • @JB3PAC yeah i didnt though

  • dont ya'll believe the chain letter "wool233" ur full of shit

  • my number is 8 digits long .. but when i followed the instructions given in the video it came back with only 7 digits .. this doesn't work ..

  • @TheEmodevil99 its only for ppl with 7 digits numbers
