Metric - My heel came off the ground due to my tight sub-talar and mid-tarsal joints. If your heel comes off the ground during the mob, it's not a problem (but not the goal either).

Thank-you. I didn't mean it as a criticism, I wondered if the individual movements related to specific joints.
I already know of two people using this in their warm-ups as a result of this video. :-)

So the first part, the "clock" cycle, your heel is off the ground so that you're working the front and midfoot more?
