I know people have said this but that's terras discarded armor...right now he's inside his taken body,which is now xheanort,arguing with the old master xeahnort over what's going to happen...appearently terras going to get saved along with aqua and ventus thank god...but terra did say that he would make things right one day at the end of terras story to ventus and aqua

@Metroid338 the guy on the rock was Ansem. The secret ending takes place about 1 year after kh2 ends. No one knows who the guy with the lightsabers--I mean etheral blades (as the game guide says) is. Maybe he's Darth Maul's cousin, I dunno.
