Well, I think Doc Franklin never really wanted to hurt anyone..at first, at least. Guns are pretty lethal. Besides, its a matter of pride.. would you spend all your time perfecting a super strong "perfect woman".. only to have her (it) rely on a gun?

I love the way she looks in that wetsuit. I wish that scene could have been longer, and I also wish they could have found more excuses to have her in a wetsuit on the show.

How could Jaime (with bionic hearing) not hear the approaching helicopter until it was almost upon her?

She should have been able to hear the helicopter coming from miles away.

She is not on surveillance mode. Noticed how everything she hears something they focus the camera in the ear, why? because she switches frequencies to surveillance mode. She is thinking of Steve!

I think she has to intentionally listen otherwise she'd be picking up all kinds of random stuff. I only say this because of the way she pulls back her hair...which iI'll have to add is quite sexy.

@gplus46 There's a line in one of the posthumous (and pretty awful) TV movies where she talk about her ear malfunctioning, that she can no longer 'isolate' sounds - and everything is amplified indiscriminately. But normally she controls the extent and range of her hearing - don't forget all bionics are neurologically as well as atomically driven! I love the idea of her having a surveillance mode. How far can Jaime hear?
