Very nice design + renders, gotta love SketchUp + Podium. Out of curiosity, why not use SU Animate to have the entire project @ rendered quality?

thanks Jorge! I used Podium to make the renders - it's a very easy to use software that runs entirely within Sketchup as a plugin. There is a free trial version at suplugins,com. I actually submitted two weeks before deadline but was rejected because the height was over 12' (can't help it... my foundations extended 4' below the water) so i had to revise it and send again.
