It is a homeowner grade unit. It cuts well and will last a long time with the proper maintenance and care. I had one and used it COMMERCIALLY for over a year AFTER I used it on my on 1.5 acre yard for over 4 years.

I've owned this ZRT since 2006. It is not a commercial mower, the engine is. Some things which would help it last longer are to install grease nipples on the spindles. Use Am-soil 4 stroke oil. Wax it good before use. Most of all keep up on maintenance!
