Every situation is different. I don't agree with your opinion we are very simple... but we also have standards and guidelines and if we feel woman can get it but aint there yet we'll wait around but at some point we move on and I know its wrong but we end up cheating. Where have you been all my life? My father told me nothing about men and the women in my family were poor examples. I have to admit I got played, but I know why and that will never happen again. Sorry sis you got that all wrong. Men are not simple. But love is, it is called a 50/50 split. A women has to do her part to receive the pursuing you are specking of. There cannot be an imbalance in a relationship from the start or in the middle or at the end. This notion of men having to shower the women with attention and money oriented dates have been the cause of a lot of problems between males and females.

Telling a man he is simple is just going to offend him.

It just isn't true if you truely understand how he feels you will know he is not simple at all. If you don't and you still think he is simple then that's stupidity. How can men be so simple when women often do not understand them?.

My experiences tell me the opposite so i'm not sure how people get the notion that men are simple but if your trying to offend a guy go on and say that. Quick way to lose him.

I am a man. And I agree with her. I would take it a step further, though, and say that self-loving women should implement her suggestions sooner rather than later. For the more you indulge the wrong guy, the harder it might prove to recognize-and appropriately treat-the right man. Too much time and money spent on the wrong guy will leave you broke, biiter, and on-guard against the very man you seek.

Shay.you spoke the truth. I knew a woman who's boyfriend would make marriage promises and who always got money from her. He used that money to take what he called a "coke bottle/hour glass" out to dinner, buy presents, etc.. She gave him money because she was investing in a business he was starting....yes she fell for that!. One day, he up and married the other woman. As for the business, he never started it. He skipped town with her money and the other woman.

Oh you are talking about something different all together. There are men who are cheating on their wives with a woman on the side. He is not into his wife or the other woman. He is selfishly just into himself. If he is into the other woman then he would make the tough decision and leave so that he can be with the woman he loves BUT this most times does not happen. He uses the "mistress" and enjoys the comfort of being married and both women tolerate it. So my answer is still NO!

Great question. Please hear me as I say this in slow motion: You must be willing to walk away and let him go in order for their to be a chance. He doesnt respect you. If a man respects you he does not have the women doing all of that for him. Men do not up grade women who have not made "wifey" from the beginning. He is using you for the "benefits" and although you are really feeling him, you should cut your loses and start over doing it right from the beginning!
