Being that the Vorlon Dreadnaughts are about 1.3km long, yet looked like tiny fighters compared to the size of the Vorlon Planet Killers as shown in the episodes they appeared in... I'd say the Planet Killer should be at least 100km in size.
In the movie A Call to Arms, a Shadow Planet Killer left behind after the war was taken by the Drakh and brought to bear against Earth. It was later DESTROYED by a pair of Victory class destroyers when they targeted a crucial missile hub used to control the rest of the mechanism.
I was using 2 images from a site called Merzo (Aka Ship Dimensions). I miscalculated the size ratio. A year ago I googled this ship for about 13 hours. It also holds an unknown number of fighters. There's also a site with the exact number of weapons on the Eclipse. The B5 Wars game also has all the "canon" data on this ship, and everything B5.
My favorite ship. The Vorlon Planet killer use Hyperspace tap as a power source . Also it has unlimited firepower. The Super Vorlon DeathRay looks like a huge yellowish green Beam. According to some data I've heard, It can destroy planets bigger than Jupiter. It's a shame B5 has never shown it firing. (Just the charge up sequence.) It's about 1/100th the size of the DeathStar from StarWars.
@QuantumNova Did you expand the details for this video? I included some of the info you've mentioned and more when I first posted it. Not sure of the exact ratio, but definitely much larger than 1/100th the size of The Death Star. A good example is the B5 episode where a Planet Killer eclipses the sun on Centauri Prime.
@Maximal32nd well, the Death Star is supposed to have a diameter of about 140 kilometers, or something along those lines, meaning the surface area is roughly 61,000 kilometers, as it is a sphere, unlike the Vorlon ship.
I think that shadow planet killer is cooler. With Vorlon planet killer you know it can be destroyed with conventional weapons since it's a ship, but shadow planet killer is just huge group of nanobots. Shoot it with Vorlon planetkiller ray and you just kill few nanobots. On other hand if shadow nanobot cloud would shoot it's missiles against Vorlon planet killer..
@kimnice Yes, also if used correctly the Shadow Planet Killer can phase between Hyperspace and real space. That would make it indestructible.
The shadows would have won the Corianna six battle if they weren't asked to leave. Even the "1st ones" could not stop the shadow planet killer at that time. It drained power from all the ships that enter it. :)
@QuantumNova There is a sequence of the Battle of Corianna 6 where all sides stopped firing and then separated to 3 areas. This occured after the First Ones destroyed the Vorlon Planet Killer.
Only then did the Shadows use their Planet Killer to surround the Younger Race's fleet. Note that you do not see other ships within the clound except that of the Younger Races. The Vorlons and the Shadows wanted to talk things out with the Younger races and make them choose between the two.
@QuantumNova : This guy discusses it in detail. He seems pretty obsessed about these topics so I accept what he says on that basis alone :-) stardestroyer(dot)net(slash)Empire(slash)Essays(slash)Planet-Killers(dot)html(hashtag)Vorlon --- (sorry for posting it that way - can't do links in comments)

Wouldnt the jump point for something so massive be so big it would have some kind of destructive effect on the surrounding space?

These things are crazy huge. They make the already massive Vorlon Cruisers look like Fighters by comparison.
