in '76 I fell in love with the ballad Beth, so I arranged it for my high school orchestra & performed it on piano for the talent show--in Peter Criss makeup--backed by the orchestra!

There was a student matinee performance, which could be a very cruel crowd--booing & jeering, etc. As I sat down at the piano, I was very nervous! I heard snickering & chatter until the stage lights turned on, & as everyone saw my Catman makeup--total silence. As I began Beth...thunderous applause & cheering!

When we met the boys backstage in Toronto,Canada in the mid 70s Pete Criss actually had his 2 beautiful cats backstage with him and beleive it or not kiddies ,they actually were at stage left ,I recal and they never even flinched they watched this number in complete....It goes !
