  • 1:26 O_O

  • this song is annoying

  • It has a big cock, but he has not chance to fuck anyone. So sad

  • If you were to watch the video thuroughly <- spelling...you would notice that the "falling asleep" part and the "waking up" part is the same...he just copied it and ended it at the end of the video lmao

  • @ladytigger01827

So smart of you! Both look the same , that's why it's copied.

  • well

  • You're an idiot for castrating the poor thing. I've ridden geldings, and I -hate- them. They don't act natural anymore, and proper -training- will take care of behavior problems.

All too often, humans tend to forget other animals are just as sentient, feeling creatures as they are. The genitals of -any- species should be left alone. If they're not attached to your own body, don't do anything to them.

    Bunch of perverts.

  • Want FREE Young~Cat Castration ?

    Got an ELASTIC ?

    Know a Good~Farmer ?

    A$k THEM...it workz well

  • Very helpful information! Now I can castrate all the horses in the world!

  • genetic engineering is

  • Perfect Musical choice LOL

  • Again, with the horse industry, many of us who DO NOT want to see more horses traveling thousands of miles in less than ideal conditions, ending up bruised and battered, before having their spinal cords severed with a knife w/o anesthesia-including several million dollar stallions- prefer humanely having our horses gelded.

  • We geld horses (at least responsible people do...)for basically the same reasons we castrate dogs and cats, to keep the horses who are not superb examples of their breed from making other mediocre animals to flood our market with, as well as making them easier to handle, easier to house, and better companions. Only the best should be kept as breeding stock. Unfortunately its so risky and expensive to spay a mare, because there are many mares who should be spayed as well.

  • Sounds like you need therapy...

  • sounds like you need to shut the fuck up.

  • Poor emo girl... I'd like to see you make me shut the fuck up... lol

  • You just haven't met the right one yet :)

  • wow...lol sounds like this wasnt the place for you to comment and I am guessing you might need extreme therapy if that is indeed the way you actually think. I dont think you have any idea how sick that sounded or if you were in your right mind you wouldnt have said it holy crap lady you need help...

  • You are a real women.... all the women's are the same: you don't see nothing but your own interess. I can say (if i were crazy like you, but men) let's castrate all the women's......... and they are many mens virgins ....

  • this is a video of horses go comment somewhere else. Plus I am sorry for whatever may have happened to you but I have a very loving boyfriend who would die for me. Not all men are mean but they can be butt heads. hehe.

  • @MENareSHlT01

without men the earths future is gone and the way around so just deal with it its not like every man on the earth is cheating and raping scumbags PS u need to go to a doctor and get your head fixed

  • Waking up?...My ASS!

  • So, you're saying that because horses are slaughtered for meat or whatever, it's ok to have a horse gelded? Sounds like bratty kids saying "well he did it so i did it too".

  • It is in the best interest of the horse, if he is not a superb example of his breed, whether that be conformationally or disposition wise, that he be gelded. saying goes: a good stallion will make an AWESOME gelding. Why? because they are more even tempered, easier to handle, and usually take no special housing arrangements (ie kept away from other horses, incase you didnt know) Just because they have a uterus or testicles doesnt mean they should breed. Any responsible breeder should know this.

  • Oh my fucking God!!!!!!

I bet the liberal femminists love this video!!

  • it better for the male horses 2 be castrated because it makes them better in them selves and if u wont 2 put them in a fild with females

  • definitely, cheers

  • If that horse knew what you were gonna do it would have been kicking your ass when you led it into that room.

I bet he woke up thinking oh god I have not balls! I must end it now!

  • would you do that to your son?

  • Mr. Ed says, "Wilbur, who cut off my balls?"

Well, at the end of the day, you have a fine meal to bring home and feed the wife and kids.

  • OMG!! LoL

  • That crunching sound will haunt me for the rest of my life.

  • As someone who owns horses and is having one gelding tomorrow, it's nice to have these kinds of videos to help prepare. Those who argue that it's unnatural, let me send you videos of horses that are standing in feedlots at a slaughter house or having a captive bolt shot into their brains because there are more unwanted horses being produced each year. Gelding a non-superior horse isn't cruel - it's responsible horse ownership.

  • So, you're saying that because horses are slaughtered for meat or whatever, it's ok to have a horse gelded? Sounds like bratty kids saying "well he did it so i did it too".

  • Yeah send me those cool videos!

  • well let me see how do i put this..... hmm lets see for some odd reason when a male sees another male get his balls cut off every man in the room feels it. but how come that even though a horse isent a man but a male, how is it that men can watch that and put up with it withought makeing there balls churn?... also if God decided to make a guy and a girl "Mate" then howcome us other animals have to stop them from doing so? i work on a horse ranch and i wonder this every day. so ya

  • well fools, its either this or shoot the horse in the head. If they are not castrated they will fight with other horses until one dies or many die, it is much preffered to castrate them, or "geld" in the case of horses.

  • how can you live with yourself? Just snip the balls right off then joke about it "his masculinity is on the ground"? People like you deserve a long and painful death.

  • i dont like it cuz god intended males and females mate to make babys to keep the world filled with life and we are ruining nature every time ppl do that to poor helpless animales.

  • fcking hell :S

He may be numbed up and all that but one kick could serously hurt.

Plus this is rather sick to watch. i gave up when you made the first cut. strangley though iv'e watched human males being castrated but they can make a informed CHOICE to have there balls cut off!

    Peace.

  • wtf?

  • how bout we try putting you in a box and cutting it off with a butter knife.. it will be fun to watch!

  • i almost puked

  • Isn't the horse in pain when it wakes up? I feel sorry for it. But you did a very clean and professional job.

  • Painful as it was to watch, for guys anyway judging by the comments..That was a decent castration. He was still kind of awake, not that he will remember much, like wisdom teeth pulling, a twilight procedure. Wanna know why responsible people geld? Watch video's on equine slaughter...I'll be watching for comments there...

  • Thanks for your comment. The gelding is doing well as a showjumper and pethorse by the way.

    cheers

  • wtf seriously i swear to god that animal was still awake, it was moving alot during :S

  • Bravo! I love gelding horses! What girl doesn't enjoy a good cut?

  • Your fucking weird Holy shit

  • 01:24 lol

  • What is the point of castration on a horse? You comment at the end of the video that his masculinity is laying on the floor, is that being funny or malicious?

  • Neither! did I? the point of castration in a horse is to get rid of the masculine behaviour which can be very dangerous when there are other horses around.

  • What kind of sedative(s) do you use?

  • that was one hell of a nap, your never gonna believe the dream i had daisy, now what was that about marriage and Colt's; you still thinking about lightning hes got nothing for ya,i gotta sit down,i feel strange.

  • thanks alot my dude

  • can a gelding get an erection, i tried to give a horse an erection and he just stood there but his penis sort of went back in, it hardly came out, i saw the end of it but i dunno if he was castrated

    replys pleeese :)

  • ofcourse he can, but mares don't turn him on anymore. that's the effect wanted.

  • Wow! Great vid! This is the first clip I've seen where the patient was standing.

    5/5

  • PS-

    Love the song XD

  • Cold Play is very good isn't it?

  • Actually, Right Said Fred is the artist :)

  • haha ofcourse, I was in my head commenting another equine medicine vid. This song is great indeed!

  • thanks, it is one of the current ways to do. (here it is)

  • I almost puked at 3:20 when you can hear the crunch.

  • To most watching horse-owners, that is the hardest part.

  • gives a whole new meaning to 'numbnuts'

  • I really like watching your videos about veterinarian pocedures, e.g. castration, sweatest patient etc. Could you make some more videos about how you working with your patients? I'm studyng veterinary medicine in Lithuania:)

  • thanks, if I find the time, there will be more uploaded soon.

  • This video was yummy. Are they going to eat the balls afterwards?

  • with so much analgestics in them you wouldn't feel your mouth anymore after eating.

  • His raw balls were hanging in tha wind!

  • Man u ROCK done like a true professional, in a sterile envirment and pain free!! U need to give alot of this farma owners a lesson. You GO cowboy. Ur COw Girl must be real proud.

  • Thanks!

  • Sorry about my Gramar my keyboards messed up. Love the vid. Great example on how to do things right!

  • was not completely pain free.... very chancy sedating a standing horse, specially with cross tie, if he would have fell it would have broke his neck...

  • my balls are scared for their free life :(

  • sorry about that!

  • I never knew horses where gelded upright either. I just learned something! haha.

  • My 2yo is being gelded next month, my poor baby

  • so he should be

  • I didnt say he shouldnt be. Although his sire is champion best of breed stallion at his breed show and he does have good conformation and temperament and is registered to his breed society so there is no reason why he couldnt remain a stallion, i just dont want to breed anything. So no, he shouldnt nessessarily be gelded, just my personal choice.

  • some people cook eggs and eat :S

  • that is not a very safe way of doing things. any animal under sedation could easily snap out of it and bite/kick/whatever and injury the person. was that how you were trained in whatever/whereever you went to learn this?

  • yes this was one of the current methods. but you're right about the safety!

  • maybe you should update your knowledge about certain procedures...

  • Haha don't worry! I know all the methods, as the description says.

  • That was interesting. Never thought horses were gelded standing up?

  • Thanks, it's one of the methods used.

  • I like how he spray painted his name on his work once he was done.

    That's classy :P

  • haha LOL!

  • Much larger scale Joreon than the Cats. Oh my!

The horse is only indused to a sleep state. And still stands. That is amazing. I was waiting for a knee to buckle or something.

    Wow!

  • It's all well and safe, but yes amazing that a horse still stands with this sedation.

  • At least you put him to sleep while castrating him. Cows and pigs undergo so much pain at farms that they are castrated alive.

  • At least? It's a low stress and low pain procedure, following a strict protocol! A lot better than the castration of cattle and pigs indeed.

  • How on earth did you end up with this job?

  • haha, it's only a very small (and not so romantic) part of the job, which is a great job btw. cheers!

  • good job!! i prefer to use general anesthesia, standing castration is not always that easy!

  • good job!! i prefer to use general anesthesia, standing castration is not always that easy!

  • Thanks, actually I prefer that too.

  • holy shit dude....you put this kind of song into a horse castration video???

  • It explaines why the stallion was gelded..

  • what was the stuff you sprayed on after it was done?

  • desinfectant betadine (iodine) spray.

  • Thanks for posting this. I'm going to be a large animal vet(hopefully equine specialist) so this gives me an idea of what it'll be like!

  • You're welcome, goodluck becoming a vet!

  • Thanks! It'll be really hard work!

  • Aww, what a beautiful stallion/gelding he is! It's good to see this procedure being done correctly for a change. Where I live, many people do this themselves and without proper pain management. Yeah, I live around a bunch of rednecks lol.

  • Thanks, I am doing my best to do it correctly!

The gelding is very happy now and very talented!

  • In 2003 Funny Cide won the Kentucky Derby & he was a gelding.Wouldn"t that hurt? Ouch!

  • beautifull bay horse, do you know what breed? he look like a thoroughbred, Hanoverian Trakaihner? what breed, he is geourgeous!I have a appaloosa mare- sheis heavy, this horse is just the right weight. I wish my horse was that "fit". We could do alot better riding! good luck with the horse!

  • It is a KWPN, Dutch horse, and he's very talented as a showjumper and dressage horse.

He is for sale by the way!

  • Why are some only "proud cut" instead of being done correctly as you demonstrate?

  • Don't know that, some macho-thing perhaps? I try to do it as correctly as possible.

  • Too bad baby piglets and steers don"t get treated that well when they get castrated. They receive no anesthetic.Watch the video ,Meet Your Meat.

  • I totally agree on that! In Holland they have to get analgesia nowadays.

  • Thanks for the reply.Have you ever gotten kicked performing that procedure? You didn"t need to tie off any blood vessels did you?Really, it looked quite simple(as long as you don"t get kicked.)I could tell that you expect the unexpected.

  • Yes I have got kicked. When you start before the analgesia and the sedation fully works, there is the risk if getting kicked. And yes I tied bloodvessels, on both sides.

  • nice song ;)

  • lol if i as that horse i would say that life sucks

  • aaaw that's sad

  • gorgeous horse!!

  • Yes, he is a KWPN-warmblood. Very talented and for sale.

  • wtf?

  • what do you use for that sedation? and what is the dose of it?

  • what do you use for that sedation? and what is the dose of it?

  • explain the obvious pain the horse was in as the nuts were cut off. Sedation?

  • even sedated i can see that it still pretty hurts the horse..

  • well duh how you like it if someoine removed your dick if you were asleep

  • its not the horses "dick" thats removed. Dont be stupid.

  • We do this to our cattle very young... It seems this horse is not too young... Why so late?

    Curious...

    Pappy Stu mumbled it...

  • People want the handsome stallion's looks, but not it's bad habits..

  • And they do it later because?

  • The stallion-looks need time to develop from foal to an adolescent. Unfortunately the testosterone influences not only the musclegrowth but also development of the "bad" stallion-habits.

  • Jeroen, I have told some of my friends here about your videos. A lot of people here have horses or ride, since it's the country, so they all think you're cool for making these videos. I agree with them. :)

Jeroen, this work is hard on your back though, isn't it?

  • Thanks Bette, it's a cool job, and indeed not very good for your back sometimes. Glad it didn't scare you off. :)

  • OW OW OW!!! lol :P The big guy was in la la land as his manhood was being tossed lol. Thanks for sharing buddy. Cheers.

  • Yes you could say that! The gelding is doing great at the moment btw. thanks for the comment, cheers.

  • Great to hear! He's a handsome fella.

  • I'm too sexy for my horse, in fact I haven't even got one!

  • LOL! great song isn't it? bit provocative, I know.

  • Very interesting video Jeroen! I was a bit afraid to watch at first when I saw the title, but my quest for knowledge won and I watched. The "crunching" sound made me squirm...LOL Thanks for sharing this. Now I don't have to see it again. I got it...LOL

  • Thanks Caylyn, it was quite dicreet wasn't it? It's daily routine at the moment. cheers

  • And the horse doesn't budge?

  • Usually not very much, because of the sedation and the analgesia. BUT I have to be careful and they are not always as easy as this stallion. cheers

  • yeah, you're right. it is well known that stallions are hard to keep. but still it seems to me real tough, i mean the castration!!! EW

  • youre right, but if you teach thge stallion to obey effectualy, hell obey as did mine.

  • absolutely right, but for most people it's easier to keep geldings than stallions.

  • oh, disgisting thing!

anyways i think stallions are much better for show jumpings and cross country, geldings are just so lazy!

  • geldings are better to handle than stallions since they are not influenced by their testosteron.

  • what the fucks is with this song i cant lisen to this song agian thanks

  • who says?

  • wow that's interesting. I always wants to try to do that. and i already done castrated the bulls.

  • Thanks!

  • what did you sprayed after you finished the castration?? just a question..

  • I used a desinfecting iodine-powderspray.

  • He must have felt weird afterwards...poor horse..lol

  • At least a bit weird... After a few days he will be happy again.

  • That was someting! Wow, very educational. I was only a little grossed out. But still think you have the coolest job ever! Hugs to you~ :0)

  • thanks Joyce, hugs :0)

  • Yet again a great video. I have always wondered what is involved in gelding a horse. When we got our two boys they where allready gelded. I really enjoyed this video alot and it was very educational. Hope to see more. Thanks, Beth

  • Thank you Beth! The gelding is doing well btw. cheers

  • It hurt just to watch it... but it sure made a very interesting video! :) Lesley (Milano) did warn me for this when I subscribed to you!! I know what she meant now.... :D

  • I tried to enlighten it a bit with some music..or try in black and white. :-)

  • Yes, the music fitted nicely.. but I'm sure I could still hear a crunching noice when you clipped those tongs (?) together.. :P

  • Yes You heard it right! That's where most men unhook.. :-P

  • Ouch.. If I wasn't up all night working I'd have nightmares.. :)

  • Sorry for that my friend! :-))

  • That's ok.. the interesting and 'educational' aspect of the video outweighs anything else.. :D I won't 'favourite' it though, ha ha ha.. It still hurts just to watch it, but it got 5 well deserved stars.. :)

  • Thanks for that , aju :-)

  • Yikes, I just gritted my teeth so hard my jaw aches, and I was watching through my fingers from the other side of the kitchen. I know you're doing it for their own good but it's harsh. He may have been asleep but he sure wasn't having good dreams once the wash was finished.

What a job Jeroen, cleaning the cooker looks like a soft option now. Cheers, Lesley

  • Hey Lesley, sorry to have disturbed your kitchen-ritual. The vid wasn't that horrific was it?

The gelding was a bit sour indeed afterwards, but walked quite happily in the tredmill after a few hours.

    aju!

  • No we were a reasonable distance from the action and no gore but I just feel very sensitive about this bit of the anatomy. Seems to be quite rare, most of my girlfriends laugh about things like this but it really makes me wince. L

  • It's not rare or strange to wince. What is strange to me is that I feel "nothing" doing this and I really wince when there runs human blood. aju! (ps the gore was in my face and on my glasses, bah)

  • I thought it was dog first! Then I saw it wasn't! I've been there, on the receiveing end, and I didn't even get a T-shirt! Sincerely yours, (even though you are a vet), Barney t. Dog

  • Hope you've recovered well, or is there still any psychological damage?

  • <
