update - I had to return this phone. After a little over a week of using this phone, the top slider became very loose and it would probably have fallen off in a few weeks. I was disappointed at how cheaply made it was. I text allll day so I think my constant opening and closing of the thing was the cause of this. But what did I expect from a free phone? Since I'm such a heavy texter I decided to get with a better built phone and just ordered the Droid 4.

I have this phone but it didnt come with social beat and when i search it in download new apps, it says no results found?

And in response to the charging I can usually go about 2 days (maybe a little less) without charging mine depending on how much I use it

You can access the internet but it is not a smart phone so you don't have to buy the mandatory data package which is why I liked it.

@newjerseygirl13 there is internet. Im 18, had a droid and switched to this phone and i love it. Easy internet access, but you cannot watch videos on it.

Thanks so much for your great review! I just ordered this phone this morning! Sadly I have to upgrade from my beloved Alias 2 since the keys are starting to act weird after 2.5 years. I love small unique styled phones, so this one fit my taste. My Alias can go 1.5 weeks on once charge... from what I've been reading, don't think this will last that long?

There is both. There is a spot for the SD card to store sounds and pictures and music and there is also a SIM card where contacts are stored

i dont think there is a sim card. I think you meant micro SD card. Cause only 4G smartphones at the moment get a SIM CARD

Oh ok thanks. That will make things a lot easier for me. I hate having to hit shift on my env touch to capitalize after a period. It just gets annoying. Thank you.

Yes it does and it also does that capitalizing thing you asked me about. I had the original envy then the razzle and this, they are also similar

When your creating a new message on your jest 2. Can you go to the messages goto field and type in a persons name and it makes a list of people with that name that you can scroll through and find the one you want. My current phone the lg env touch does that. Like if I start typing on tyler into one of the goto places it brings up a list of people with that name in my contacts and I can scroll through it and click on the one I want to add to the message. Does the jest 2 do that?

On the jest 2. When you are making a new message and adding contacts to it. Can you type the persons name into the go to field and it bring up a list of people with that name that are in your contacts? My current phone the lg env touch does that. Like if I start typing in Tyler it will pulling up a listof people on my contacts with that name that I can scroll through and click the name I want to add it to the message.

Basically. Its easy to type on the keyboard for me but I had the razzle b4 this so its basically the same phone in a different style, If your a bog texter you'll pick it up fast

If you want it capitalized you have to shift but the shift key is in a very convenient place, I don't ever have a problem with it

I have one more quick question. When your texting does it automatically capitalize every first word of every sentence or do you have to hit shift?

Yes there is a back up assistant and i send about 1000 texts a day the battery lasts me all day without the moving wallpaper
