The medium is hip hop or rap, but the message is conservative, so I'm just a tad confused. Why didn't they do it via "country music?" I mean according the conservative ideologues that make up the Texas School Board, hip hop is not a historically significant music genre in the US, but country music should be noted in textbooks. So, by their very claim (people in these rappers own 'party' or ideological group), the young cons have made their claims via a meaningless medium. Sorry.
