I drove on a suspended license with expired tags ONCE. I was pulled over, and they took my car. Did I deserve it? Hell yeah. I took the risk, and I paid for it in more ways than one. But I never talked back or lipped off to the cops, eben when they towed my fucking car...LOL (Can laugh "now")
I'd never fault a cop for doing his/her job. WHenever I've gotten pulled over (for such things as runnung stop signs and turning across four lanes of traffic) I never argued, never got an additude and never got belligerant. There are appropreate ways of dealing with the situation if you think you've been wronged, but so many people don't get that.

He was going to arrest her for driving with a suspended liscence, which means he would need her to get out of the car. He asked multiple times, she resisted, then when the other officer entered from the other door she took a swing, probably defensively (but she should have just cooperated in the 1st place), so the officer tazed her. The 2nd time wasn't needed though.

Well think about what he would have done if he didn't use the tazer. He would have had to grab her arm and yank her from the car and then slam her to the ground securing her on the ground by placing his knee on her back. The outcome of this would have been more pain to her then the tazer did (maybe a broken bone). He stopped the situation from escalating any further and saved that retard a trip to the hospital.

My uncle is a police officer and just for kicks, I had him tase me and my brother once. It's really not that bad. Just makes your muscles tense up and you fall over. It kinda makes your muscles feel sore for a bit while you're being tasered, but once they turn it off, you just feel tingly and you just don't feel like moving all that much for a bit. Made me really giggly though.

The tazer is a lethal weapon that kills. Cops in training are sometimes zapped for only 1 second, and they don't like that. They lobby so that is stopped. Then they taser people 5 times for 5 seconds each. Big difference from 1 second to 25 seconds!!!! And many cops keep their finger on the trigger to tase people continuously.

I'm with the cops. It was for speeding; however, he caught her on a broken window, and a undone seatbelt as well. Regardless of radar use laws she's screwed. She lights up a cig. and pulls out a phone! Refusing to put out the cig. or put away the phone. Despite him opening the door she remains indignant. He warns her over three times that he's going to use his tazer on her unless she complies and she refuses STILL. Afterwards, they actually help her up and to the car, real big asshole eh?

A police officer can use 'any means necessary' to remove a motorist being arrested. a federal judge just reaffirmed that fact of law. this person was resisting arrest and was lucky she only got tasered! we live under the 'rule of law' in the United States, if you don't like it leave or see what happens when you want to live by your own rules!

That officer did not need to use a tazer. It was excessive and unnecessary force. She was not a danger to either officer. Yes, she had an attitude but clearly he enjoyed his opportunity to exercise dominion. You folks who love this sort of stuff are going to wake up one day in a police state with more brutal force than you know how to deal with. He was going to arrest her for driving with a suspended liscence, which means he would need her to get out of the car. He asked multiple times, she resisted, then when the other officer entered from the other door she took a swing, probably defensively (but she should have just cooperated in the 1st place), so the officer tazed her. The 2nd time wasn't needed though.

Well think about what he would have done if he didn't use the tazer. He would have had to grab her arm and yank her from the car and then slam her to the ground securing her on the ground by placing his knee on her back. The outcome of this would have been more pain to her then the tazer did (maybe a broken bone). He stopped the situation from escalating any further and saved that retard a trip to the hospital.

My uncle is a police officer and just for kicks, I had him tase me and my brother once. It's really not that bad. Just makes your muscles tense up and you fall over. It kinda makes your muscles feel sore for a bit while you're being tasered, but once they turn it off, you just feel tingly and you just don't feel like moving all that much for a bit. Made me really giggly though.

Bottom line, no respect for traffic laws or for those who enforce them. There are those who intentionally try to provoke the police - resisting arrest & hoping the altercation will be videotaped. Defense Attorney's love these cases because police agencies would rather settle out-of-court than go through the costly legal wrangling. If the "defendant" is a minority, the likelihood of settlement is far greater. Obey the law & save your protest for the courtroom!

She was speeding, had a broken windshield, had a tail light out, her license is suspended, and then refused to cooperate with the cop. On top of that she was generally a being a dumb bitch. Why should the cops drag her out of the car at the risk she has a knife or something. It might not have been completely necessary but she was playing it up and they did what was safest for them as police officers.

The tazer is a lethal weapon that kills. Cops in training are sometimes zapped for only 1 second, and they don't like that. They lobby so that is stopped. Then they taser people 5 times for 5 seconds each. Big difference from 1 second to 25 seconds!!!! And many cops keep their finger on the trigger to tase people continuously.

the woman knew she was going to get arrested long before the cop drew the taser, she was driving with a suspended permit. she resisted the officer when he found this out, and refused to get out of the car peacfully. she also couldnt deal with getting tazered, which isnt that bad. fool woman shouldnt have been speeding in a car like that with a suspended license. i hate cops, but they were in the right here.
