If i had the money i'd buy one of his painting.

I walked past a shop in Piccadily in London a few years ago and I saw in the window a painting I reckonised. It was use by Penguin for their cover of Wilkie Collins' "The Woman in White" - it was an Atkinson Grimshaw and I would have done anything to buy it.

@drsmapdi Someone actually did that in one of the other YT tributes to Grimshaw. I'm very glad that DistantMirrors didn't do it in this piece. I find that superimposing the name over the painting is very distracting and comes close to destroying the mood created by the picture and music.

One of the worlds undiscovered masters. He is my personal favorite. I remmber sitting at the Royal Ontario Museum as a child, mesmerized by his " Burlington House, Piccadelly". I would not want to leave! Incredible at capturing mood and light.
