They have a (last year) anti-Heat line of thinking. I've seen Howard wide open and/or posting up a guy, and they pass to another player on the 3 point line. Even today when he actually has a decent mid-range game, he's still not getting the ball. And it's not like they have guys that can do it all themselves, because they just hope a defender is far enough away from them for a 3. His offensive game is GREAT when he posts up because he out muscles guys. The role guys just try to be stars.

He was great against the sixers celtics and especially the cavs for this reason. However, as soon as he ran into 2 seven footers in L.A. his game was severely exposed. he couldn't use that athleticism as much to his adv offensively with 2 seven footers guarding him. 20.3ppg for a 7 footer that has the potential like dwight isnt good enough.

They have a new roster of players, including a perenial all-star in Vince Carter. Once the playoffs comes, their depth will prove to be overwhelming for those ATL Hawks, the Bobcats and possibly even Boston if Garnett isn't healthy. They have a deep team and will be ok, the Cavs are still on the same average level as last year!

he singed for 10.3 M. He had almost 17 points, 4.7 assists, and 5.3 rebounds. thats pretty good, but hes benefits from the great team around him, and he fits into the system perfectly, which boosted the number.
