@masatox its a function in the Ricoh CX3 camera settings you can make the amount of blur for the camera.

@Mijonju is this an actual video or pictures put together? like how on the canon s95 there is a "miniature effect" or "tilt shift effect" ...?

@justangelo these are photo timelapse, there is an option to fake the tilt shift.
