@laney62000 Hey I haven't played WoW in over a year so I'm going off a bad memory. I believe in the Party tab and Raid tab there is an option to disable player portraits which would then allow you to just use Grid.

@spreaditwide13 You need to open up the XPerl menu in-game to move the portraits around. The Menu is a while circle located on your mini-map.

you should try arkinventory, it does everything that bagnon does, but also you can break parts of your inventory into parts, for instance:

you can keep all your vendor trash in one certain part of your bags

might i add that sexy map isnt compeletly useless. if you have a gathering prof and track the item you are gathering e.g. ores/herbs you can place next to your char and make it bigger so its easier to spot.

I believe if you open the game menu (Esc) and go to Interface and click on Action Bars you can enable the Bottom Right & Bottom Left action bars which will let you have the second row.

I believe there is an option in in the first tab (?) that is unchecked that says "Show Default Buffs" or something like that. Make sure that's checked.

caarbonite is better minimap comes wiht quest helper built in and it tells u wat character has wat of a item in theat realm and bartender will give u extra bars and allow u to move any bar anywhere and customize them

OmniCC is a pretty good addon for that. You can set it to make the spell that comes off cooldown become noticeably bigger so that you know it's ready for use.
