It's so much easier to use vegas 8 to make these videos. All you need is the graphics and GIF Frame Extractor from evanolds(dot)com. Use the extractor to rip the individual frames from the gifs of PW, and you can layer them in the editor to make your clips. This eliminates sloppy animation from not placing the characters in the same exact spot in paint, plus you don't have to recreate the same room with a different character for a different frame. Just put them in on top of the background!

very nice, i use vegas myself so i just use the GIF's while testing, but during the view of the full courtroom this will be very helpful in some of my planned projects.

This is really helpful but I'm still having a problem. When I've copy and paste the picture to the location then click on the second box and right click the BG of the picture the BG will not go away let yours did. Can please help me and tell what I did wrong? Thanks in advance

One problem might be that the colours are not the same so change the background colour of the sprite to match.

Another problem might be that you never clicked the bottom picture where th box is see through before clicking the colour.
