Donate a bunch of money to the Temple of Avo. I tried about 100k and got it =D Theres a glitch that if you donate a bunch of money and keep pressing A (or whatever the PC button is) so that you go back to the donation screen, you won't lose any money, because the game didn't have enough time to subtract the money. It must be done fast, and I recommend that you save before trying. IT ALSO HELPS TO BE BAD BEFORE YOU DONATE!

you dont get it from a demon door.After you beat the game (Must be full good to do this) you should save a few people from enprisonment bla bla bla then the guild master will inform you about avos tear.You have to do a few things (took me 5 mins or so)once you find all the clues go to the graves of the great heros or whatever its called.And a spirit should say you are worthy or something like that and give you Avo's tear.

you´ll get the frying pan when you complete the "hidden bootyhunt" but you can get before you are finish judt dig betwen the barn door and the stack of hay in orchard farm.( but you have to get all the clues to be able to hurt something with it)
