suit and custom weapn retrieval mean that if you leave your suit in the mission or a weapon that you have customizized it scosts money for the agaency to go and get em back for you

Good job, although I think that using accidents on your targets is often easier than just killing them because all you have to do is run behind the target with your gun instead of sneak.

after a mission it says notoriety rating mine isnt going up how do u make it go up???

Completing a mission poorly gains notoriety, but only your best playthrough for that level is counted. So if you have gotten 0 notoriety for a level, it won't go up on subsequent playthroughs.

No, you have to do each difficulty specified in the achievements.

They only appear on the map once you get a walkie-talkie, but you can do it on an easy difficulty and they start on the map. They always follow the same path, but raymond kulinsky (sniper) randomly appears in one of three locations.
