Tamago is egg. Masago and tobiko are two different types of fish eggs. From smelt and flying fish, I think. Tobiko is a little more yellow than masago. Hope this helps. =]

Looks good, but I personally am not a fan of fish eggs. Too "fishy" for me. Looks like a real work of art however.
