To heat a whole house, electric heating is in fact, the most EXPENSIVE method of heating a home.
EVERY electric space heater is exactly 100% efficient, because by definition, 100% of the electricity used is converted to heat.
What can make electric heating attractive, is to heat only the room you're in (if you have no other way of doing that !).
