They edited out all the parts that give you a clue as how this is done. The table and legs are removed from the stage because obviously it's a person bent lying inside the table and they bring a fake pair of legs, (you didn't really think that chick just picked up a pair of legs that weight about 90 pounds just like that did you?), they then replace the fake legs and hide the midget and replace with a regular guy
