Deek ,you must be aware I exhibit no hostility towards Matt and is keen to here these unusual theories . But are these crystals made in China? Ali`s cave anyone? i don`t dispute the harms of radio transmission and 21st century radioactive devices, but it is not only the physical harm they do ( move to the country- erm "just do it"), but the psychological ( TV reality ) and social implications. Don`t you just love children in need. Its just something we do every year isn`t it?
I know there`s no bald ynaff , but I wonder if for example if the Haribo `corridor of chemicals` in stretch -a- quid isn`t of some equivalence. So xtremely, extraordinarily industrious. But then you has to do something between the fucking highlights. And it isn`t "a small world after all".
Erm.... "orgone" or "all gone"? If you can't describe it mathematically you have no science. That said, Newton had a THEORY of gravity based upon "non rotational objects". So I have to ask, what in the universe doesn't spin? Newton's "laws" provide a very accurate mathematical MODEL, however Quantum Theory is the NEW model which has greater accuracy, albeit on a different scale.... but what do I know, I'm a humble fool who thinks too much *chuckle*
Firstly, its worth noting that Newton was an alchemist. He also supposed that gods hand was responsible for the mysterious ''action at a distance'' of gravity.Secondly, his laws are broken when we look at the universe - so we invent ''dark energy'' and ''dark matter'' as fudge factors, so that Newtons laws arent broken. Dark energy, or dark matter, are little different from orgone energy.Never seen, never observed and never measured - but assumed to exist nonetheless.
There are many good comments on the laws of physics so I will only mention a few obvious problems. Whit our current laws of physics physicists had to invent invisible matter, invisible energy, ignore the background temperature of the universe, ignore the abundance of the light elements and invent several types of black holes and magical rotating stars not to abandon the big bang theory. SoI think we should wait whit the law book on physics , we probably have some discoveries left.
Our laws of physics are quite simply our very best guess at explaining observable phenomena using the best tools we have to measure and analyze. As soon as we become so vain as to think our so called "laws" are immutable, they left the realm of scientific investigation and instead have become a matter of faith. A form of religious dogma. The proper mind set for a scientist should be child like wonder at how little we really know and how much less we truly understand.
But I do not agree that humans have nailed down the final version of the laws of physics. Man has been that conceited many times throughout history only to have one simple violation force a reconsideration.
After all, Einstein showed that Newton was not precisely correct . . .
I believe humans have a long way to go before a concise and comprehensive understanding of the laws of our universe are achieved.
I'm with you Deek. Even if the Laws of Physics only apply withing this bit of space and in 3 dimensions? Good interview with a nice guy though, so bring it on FKN News.
Belief doesn't enter into it, he's got a shtick, he makes money at it, he'd be an idiot to give it up. :)
It's the same frame of mind actors enter, cognitive dissidence and megalomania (limited to character perspective.). First look upon your actions as those of another person so they don't become "personal". Second if anything refutes your position or stance deny it, explain it away using your own world view, deny it's credibility. Use any anecdotal evidence get to punch holes in normalcy.
Good questions Good answers!

"Laws of Science" are different from the infallible and infinite "Laws of Reality" Newton is just a guy with a great theory he has no "Law"
In 100 years 10 year olds will wonder how people were dumb enough to believe Newton's "Laws" for so long
