  • You are singularly beautiful :-) take care and happy New Year

  • @Nicouzo737 Thank you. Happy new year to you.

  • you don't have 37 years?you look 20 :o

  • @samcherif Thanks. I go for 42 now. This is an old video.

    Happy new year.

  • sei unico fratello

  • @65apachekid Ti ringrazio (sei Giovanni?). Auguri di un anno memorabile!

  • ... oddio.. siete una vergogna.. fottuti gay

  • @91Erry Non ti scandalizzare senza anche perdonare la nostra ignominia dall'alto della tua elevatissima moralità. Grazie.

  • @91Erry you're 37?

  • you are gay guy

  • @Dragon00751 You must be a real scientist, your absolute certainty strikes me...

  • hai 37 anni ??????????? eh ?

:DDDDD

  • @ATENUNTIAREGGE89 Sono loro ad essere grandi! Grazie di ogni tuo commento, ciao!

  • Omg :) the baby was so cute lol

  • hey man, can you show us a 20 min workout with bodyweight ? thanks!

  • @dudux3cps Go for the Barbarian requirement, shown in my channel, dude.

  • fucking gay

  • gay video!!

  • Do you only use bodyweight exercises or weights aswell?

  • @TheKeisari The latter. Thanks for asking.

  • @antokindness so you also do weights. . i am thinking of doing a bodyweight only routine. can you suggest a good workout schedule and routine?

  • @slapbassforthewin You can initially split your body in three parts: chest, back, legs and train one body part per day, with one day off after six days of training. Make use of dips, push-ups, pull-ups, free-squats. Train no more than 15 minutes per workout and do abs-exercises every day for 5 minutes in a different moment from the main workout.

  • @antokindness oh okay. i think i am going to try that suggestion thanks. . .but why only 15 minutes?

  • @slapbassforthewin Because longer workouts create excessive biological stress: if you were a professional athlete, it would be different, but if you are not, then 15-20 minutes a day is a perfect choice to grow and stay healthy.

  • @antokindness now i get it. thanks. tried a push up only workout today for 15 minutes. wish to have a ripped body like urs

  • @slapbassforthewin Be constant and you will be rewarded. And sleep 7-8 hours per night. And eat good.

  • @antokindness thank you man

  • wait did he really meanthat his 37 or he lied??????????????

  • @UnbiasedGoat No lies and nothing special anyway. Thanks for your answer.

  • You look 17.... :|

  • @JohnLemazing Thanks a lot!

  • JAJAJAJA BUEN ENTRENAMIENTO.

  • @RafaelSaiyajin Thank you!

  • Молодчик. Силач

  • Молодчик. Силач

  • C'mooon! You are NOT 37!!!

  • @kirkey99 Thank you!

  • I'm over 30. What are you nutrition tips? What do you eat?

  • @vidform The tip of the tips is to eat as natural as possible (as human beings did for two million years): 50% of proteins sources (lean meat, mackerel or salmon, cottage cheese, eggs..) and 50% of veggies and fruits...and to sleep 7-8 hours per day...and to do resistance training. I do all of these.

    Regards.

  • i wanna lick your body

  • jaja so cute ^^

  • @luckyy1990 Thank you, but there won't be any problem about this if you are one who cares about excellence in life.

    Best wishes.

  • Nice abs but umm no offence dude u look gay umm yeah

  • I've watched all your videos, and I find appropiate to make my first comment on them on your very first video.

I've learned a lot from them -specially from your insightful comments-, and you are truly an inspiration for me, and I'm sure fo a lot of other people.

God bless you for sharing your knowledge, and helping people to get stronger...and healthier. Wish you the best... and make more videos!!

    Greetings from México.

  • @aveamer Dear friend, this is very fair of you, maybe too much, but I really appreciate it all.

    Best of luck.

  • Greetings,

I was wondering if you had any tips on how to maintain a low body fat % without sacrificing the subcutaneous fat in ones face. I ask, because you seem to have figured it out...Or maybe it's just the genetics based on the individual. I have a VERY high metabolism btw, so I've been struggling with this. Thanks!

  • @bartelby123 There is NO WAY to make this. The only good way to look good in the face AND being very fit with a 4% of fat after 40ies is to replenish your cheeks with a good filler (yes, it is necessary) sooner or later in your life: humanity has gone so far in making life longer and better that one should be a fool not to make use of what the NOW can offer (don't leave such practices to beautiful girls who present these as girlie-things..they are great otpions for us all)

  • @antokindness That's unfortunate... Although, would it possible for topical copper peptides or a good retinoid to serve the same purpose as a fiiler like restalyne, if necessary? To me, it seems that a filler would only be a temporary solution to a permanent problem (My body fat is 6% and I couldn't care less if taking care of myself is seen as being "girly"!) I appreciate the advice, man!

  • @bartelby123 I didn't try fillers so far, but I know it would be wise to use them in time: they should last about 5-6 months at a time (then Iwill tell you about them...). Meanwhile, using good face creams is vital to keep it well moisted and nourished.

Taking care of our face isn't less important than taking care of our ideas: the light of Excellence shines through both.

    Take care.

  • Are bodyweight exercise all you do? Or do you lift weights too?

  • @kingm56 Yes, I do just bodyweight exercise, but lifting weights can be very good when done properly.

  • I came to believe, from my observations, that one thing that makes a person age fast is having high levels of sex hormones (either testosterone or estrogen). People with high levels always look their age, at least, but not younger, they just look too "mature".

  • @xanyxxxx Like they are burning faster ...The same is true if one has too low levels of them (consider the problems related to menopause and andropause).

  • @antokindness Yep, too much Test causes loss of hair, loss of facial fat/wornout-looking skin cause of loss of water too, and cardiovascular damage... and estrogen causes too much bodyfat and weakened muscles, hence sagging skin and bodies but protective of heart/artheries.... heh. the right balance between 2 hormones is good...

  • 37? Looks much younger!

  • you've busted ass and it shows--nice work--i'm 35 and i've got a LOT of work to do to look half as good as you.

  • @redshaftedflicker Thanks, dude. Wish you well.

  • yummy

  • niezly zjeb

  • dude, he looks 17-18 amazing!

  • u look 16 to me dude. good work. what language are you speaking here and do you speak english?

  • @BTTFMovie Thank you, man: I'm Italian and in my latest video I speak English (or so I try...). Wish you well.

  • @BerserkerVikingRUS You very kind, sir (I'm Italian).

    Wish you luck.

  • @BerserkerVikingRUS You're very polite, thank you for your fair comment (I'm Italian).

    Wish you luck.

  • @BerserkerVikingRUS Very plite of you, man (I'm italian).

    Wish you luck

  • @antokindness Thanks i think i posted the same comment 3 times sorry :) I want to see how i gone look in 39 also the litle todler look like my lil brother :) Wish you all good in life. Its a big pleasure to see people that dont smoke and drink etc...and the kid is like copy of my brother . Viva italia :)

  • @BerserkerVikingRUS I wish you back all the luck in the world, man!

  • Hey man! excellent channel! I have to say, I've learned tons (especially about good form!). This might be a weird question but what skin care products do you use for your face (cleanser, moisturizer, etc.)? I ask because I really believe in making the best effort to take care of oneself and it never hurts to improves ones knowledge base! Thanks man!

  • @bartelby123 Thank you very much.

Caring about our face is very important: clean it every morning and evening with any light cleanser (soap-non soap or any gentle gel) and moisture it with a facial cream for reactive skin (even if your not reactive: these creams are the most hydrating and effective); if you are over 35 y.o., then go for a cream like Strivectin SD (very good for it nourishes your face skin with a great antioxidant). Take care.

  • 37 is not old dude

  • @Ninety9Soulz I KNOW it, man, but many others don't.

  • @Ninety9Soulz: Actually, in modern popular culture it is... I'm twenty and I already feel old sometimes :D

  • That's really cool. Say, do you achive this physique just by using your surroundings for training, or do you go to a gym as well ?

  • @hudson0815 Thank you: personally, I don't go to any gym since one year, but I think a gym can be useful the same if one doesn't make the wrong use of weights.

    Take care.

  • U're the perfect example that life is a very relative matter! As u say a healthy lifestyle and also attitude gives u a longer life spam.. I can't beleive u're nearing the 40's, U're in better shape that most 20 yrs old I know!

  • @alexyomero76 You are very kind, sir: I'm 40 since 19th of March. The single motive for me to keep on keeping this channel is to show any scientist (I'm a physician) how playful can be caring about our body and how easy...

    Take care.

  • you don't look 40.

  • @nemanjamoreheadcity My ID speaks that age though, but I don't mind...Thanks for your comment.

  • Dude, you're like 20. :3 Lol

  • @RattleheadAnthony Thanks, man! Any health is the consequence of caring about living in a good way: opening oneself to growing experience will make anyone properly alive.

  • seriously the dude looks about 25

  • u look like 20'

  • @cantb3atthis The important point is that I look healthy :).

    Thanks for your comment.

  • u cant be 37 year old? where are u from..?

  • @Draganmm: indeed I'm 40 now; I'm from Italy. Thanks for your comment, man.

  • hahahaahah cute kid :DDDD @26

  • Well I always go with the old rule: stop eating while you're still feeling hungry, this rule was there before any medical research came about (I don't count calories). And just allow yourself to go hungry for a day or two sometimes. Our bodies were built for this. We are built for periods of severe calorie deficits, as periods of starvation occur in nature. I think being constantly well-fed is detrimental on a long run.

  • @xanyxxx I agree, but I'd rather avoid missing vitamins and fish-oil in those days of big calories restriction.

  • Oh, you don't eat a lot of calories! So what's your opinion of high protein intake for those who exercise? (I mean do both cardio and lift) There's a lot of controversy in the US...RDA is 0.8g per kg of bodyweight; then there're studies than recommend 0.8-1g per POUND of bodyweight. And bodybuilders eat more than that..I have a hunch that too much protein can cause aging, not to mention hit kidneys and cause cancer...What is your protein intake? You look like you're eating just the right amount

  • @xanyxxx: Current opinion among scientists is that an athlete needs about 1.5 g of protein daily (1.4-1.7 g): this estimated amount is relative to the type of physical activity performed.

Eating too many calories as eating too few calories makes one age faster for sure!

  • @antokindness 1.5 g of protein per kilogram or per pound of bodyweight--what did you mean? Oh so you think too few calories makes one age faster...what about the claims that caloric restriction is the only thing that delayed aging in lab animals!?

  • @xanyxxx : a) I mean 1.5 g of protein per Kilogram of bodyweight; b) Caloric restriction doesn't mean starvation: it means eating less than what one thinks "normal", which is almost always "too much" (check any bodybuilder around putting so much fat in the off-season he comes very close to look like as a cube).

  • is it just exercise and health food that keeps you looking so young or do you use creams and stuff on your face?

  • @TekMoliGy : the second. I'm nothing special: anyone can be as healthy and good looking as me at 40 if they would just mind about their face as much as they mind about their bike or car...They would find the way, as I did and the way is always improveble (as in anything in our life...) and searching for the good way is JOY itself...

  • what kind of foods to you eat?

  • @arcangel530 : I eat cottage cheese, eggs, fruits, vegetables, whole-grain bread: these foods are the base of my eating: I take fish-oil and many vitamins too. I eat 5-6 times a day: my weight is about 74 Kg and my height about 5.11 and I eat an average of 2000 Kcal daily.

  • @antokindness do you eat chicken and meat? where do you get most of your protein intake every day? Also, I thought eating eggs is NOT healthy.

I eat a lot of chicken and meat daily.. what should I eat for a lot of protein instead?

  • @riem630 I take my proteins form cottage cheese and eggs and, sometimes from turkey or ham (but rarely): eating BOILED eggs is not dangerous (I eat 2-4 of them a day) at all, it's just good.

It would be wise both for your health and for our Earth's health to eat as less meat as possible. Take care.

  • Comment removed

  • @antokindness But aren't you worried about cholesterol from the eggs?? Also, are you telling me you eat 150 grams of protein ONLY from eggs and cottage cheese?

You don't take any other protein powders or something?

Also, do you agree with a lot of doctors that say too much protein is bad for the kidneys?

    Thanks!

  • @riem630 Do you eat the egg yoke as well?

I thought 1 egg has 80% of your daily value of cholesterol. I would figure 2-4 would be dangerous.

Also, I usually stop eating at 6 pm - Should I eat after that as well? So I won't be starving my muscles...

  • @riem630 No, I'm not (I checked it and it's normal): I DON'T eat so many proteins: I stay around 130 g a day: eggs and cottage cheese have NOT that much sodium (they aremy only sodium soruce anyway, unless I eat 90 g of whole grain bread a day). I take 30-40 g of proteins powder a day too: but I really don't count how many proteins I take every day and these are just general values. Proteins DON'T hurt and DON'T damage our kidneys: no study has never demontrated it. Take care.

  • You should add to this: healthy overall lifestyle AND lack of wifey and kids that stuck the blood outta man and turn him into a dull fat money-printing machine make a goodlooking healthy man at 37 LOL

  • @xanyxxx: Right!: we are almost 7 billions on Earth and people keep on making kids and forgetting about their own life: in a different way of society, having kid would great (in a better society where the jobs don't last 8 hour a day and one has time to spend BOTH for his health and for his child's education...)

  • he looks like zac efron lol

  • Hello Antokindess I'm very impressed with your workouts. What kind of diet are on. What kind of foods do you eat.

    Cheers

  • @Braniff1970: hi, man, thanks for your compliment: I'm on a GOOD diet: I eat cottage cheese and eggs as proteins source and fruits and vegs as carbohydrates source.

    Take care.

  • do you eat organic cheese and eggs? Im asking cause in American non-organic is pretty much poisoned by growth hormones and antibiotics...

  • @xanyxxx: yes, I do.

  • Is that your son?

This is one of the most unsettling things I've ever seen a grown man do.

  • He's my nephew.

That's what happens when you're kidding with your younger brothers (24 and 26) which I raised (we lost our father when I was 19 and they were 4 and 6): this video wasn't meant to be published originally, but I'm happy I started my channel with this strange video.

    Wish you well.

  • Ah, I see. I'd forgotten all about this comment.

Sorry for such a late reply but I just wanted to appologize for intruding on something I didn't understand.

That was absolutely none of my business man.

Best wishes to you and your family.

  • @antokindness i've lost mine at 5. Do your brothers also look so young?

  • @avarax03 I'm sorry, pal (that's life anyway, even if almost anyone in our culture dares to mention death is as present and operating as birth).

    They ARE young :) (24 and 26 y.o).

    Take care.

  • shut up you frustrated prudish

  • lol, what?

  • @ItsStillThereBitch: Anyway I'm happy about your reply to my answer, dude, and I wish you well.

  • omg wat the hell u are 40 ????? omg u look lika 19 20 boy i swear

I take this as a big complment anyway!

  • Thank you very much, man

  • Hey again!

i watched this(a other) video, and it says u can get a sixpack within 4weeks, if u do this routine 15minutes every day.

do you got a routine for me, i am 14, i played football since i was 4(my legss are ++)

i just want a sixpack thats all,

    Best regards from The Netherlands

  • My video is free and it works: do those exercises 5 minutes a day, pal.

  • WHAT! Are you really 37? you look much younger I think. you look like 22-28 years old..

  • Thank you...this video is from 2007 :) anyway.

  • LOL, I thought you were 18 years old!

  • one of my favorite videos.your neice is so cute.. please keep your videos coming. thank you

  • man i hope i look like that when im 37. he looks 25.

  • It's up to you and the care you will take of your body, dude.

    Thank you very much.

  • oh in know i've shot so much sperm on my screen looking at his lean smooth pretty milky white boy

  • its funny how no matter what country they are in they still lsten to american music

  • The whole world listens to GOOD music, be it American, Italian, Arabian...

    Take care.

  • well they aslo watch american movies, but it is just because both the music and the movie industry is way bigger in america than anywhere else, and there is no much other choice

  • he looks like fuckn zac efron!

  • Well, i train for at least 4 hours each time.. sometimes 8.. I thought in order to have fit facial muscles one exactly has to flex and exercise them to prevent from sagging. I guess bodybuilder overtrain their faces. I look 23 myself though I'm 36, while i spent most of my life being inactive due to the injury. So I guess it's all boils down to genetics, not physical activity.

  • The face-muscles should NOT be flexed at all: any face muscle growth WILL cause skin-sagging...One has to work to relax them as much as possible: they are very thin muscles (look at any child's face). Keep your skin moistened with a good cream and do not take any sun-bath at all: these are the points.

    Bye and cheers!

  • indeed u look like in early 20s. dude, what do u think can intensive weight training/cardio make one look older? i see bodybuilders always look older than their age. may be its excessive free radicals damage. do u feel like u have to train not too hard to stay young-looking?

  • Well, having a relaxed face is something you have to work on just as having a body well built. I think this is something very under rated by most body builders, but a MAN has to be fit both in his muscles and in his face to be considered good looking. Training too much in the gym (over an hour) can do these damages, but flexing your muscles face (when there is no need at all to do it) can prokes these damage more...

    Bye!

  • please sit on my face

    thanks and god bless

  • People always ask me what's life worth living for when you're living healthy. Well you're the answer.

  • Too kind!!

Using your intellect to improve on your body is the only way to get rid of any trouble linked to illness and open up better basis on which to live your days...

    Thank you for your comment!

  • I can't beleive it, you look as if you were 20 !

  • Thank you, dude.

Just care about your body as you do with your car :-) ...

    Cheers from Italy.

  • you look more scandinavian than italian.

  • That's how any Italian would look like if they wouldn't take the Sun so much.

    Bye and cheers.

  • Hey Ur in great shape for 37!!!! what would be ur diet day in day out? what do you usually eat? and do u drink alot of Green tea?

  • Thanks, pal...I am 39 the 19th of March...

I do not do any "day off": one has to be fit all year around...

I eat 5 times a day, an average of 450-500 Kcal a meal (lean proteins and no-simple carbs or a proteic bar). Yes I drink 2 cups of green tea 3 times a day...

    Bye and thanks for asking.
