This sounds like bad timing...maybe the pump is a bit late.

You have a little injector nailing...but if your nozzles are new give them a few hundred miles to seat in. If it still nails, check your IP timing.

I got nozzles for VW and Mercedes diesels from

replace your motor mounts, its sounds strange but it works.
