Track was developed in Yaroslavl,Russia and produced on factory Yaz. Its just later factory was moved to Kremenchug(Kraz)for what Independent Ukraine should be thankful )

If it is so Russia is as responsible for begining the WWII as Germany. However, the German Prime-Minister had the guts to appologise for the war crimes that was commited during the WWII, eventhough that modern Germany has nothing to do with the third reich.
Wheras, Russian president even did not think to make any appologies for killing Poles in 1939-1940 and other war crimes.
