Was looking for another song that I loved years ago (and still do) & had gotten my sister to try to help me remember but I ended up remembering it. She told me that this song was a good one two. Well, I started listening to it & when it started playing, I had remembered it as well. By the time the song was half way threw, I found myself tearing up.
Cont: Why you may ask? Well, because it brought back memories of me going to church on Sundays with my Papa (grandfather on my mom's side) and then going to spend the Sunday after noon with him and my Great-Grandmother. I so miss him, my griney (grandma) and Great-Grandma, all on my mother's side. They are in a better place.
I'm pretty sure that Ray feels extremely blessed now that he's out. I personally am overjoyed for him. I can't believe it took me this long to find out that he had come out. And to you my fellow ignorant christians, please don't comment on homosexuality if you don't have it right. No where in the bible does it say that homosexuality is a sin. If you are truly heterosexual, than you should obviously know that being heterosexual wasn't a choice. God just created you that way.

It says two women shall not lay in the same bed at the same time with a husband (remember polygamy was common in those days). HUGE difference. It's basically a restriction that forbids orgies, but says nothing about if "gayness" is okay or not
Also if homosexuality is sinful: Why did God create so many homosex primates? Males routinely mate with other males, not for sex, but as a kind of casual "handshake" between members of the clan. - Yeah I know we're not monkeys but still..... if god thought it was a sin why didn't he remove that "flaw" from his animals?

Homosexuality is a lie from the devil. It is a sin of lust the same as heterosexual fornication. Yes in the bible it is considered an abomination but it is not unforgivable. The lustful desires of homosexuality, just as heterosexual desires have to be rebuked in JESUS name. They are desires of the flesh and lies from the enemy.

No...sin entered our spiritual and physical bloodlines thru the disobedience of Adam and Eve. The sins I am guilty of and I fight the temptation of are no different.

I believe...if every...single...person...in the world were told growing up, "There is a God, He loves you, has a plan for your life, and you ought to love others as yourself," I'm sure the world would have all the "peace" it's been asking for all the time.

Ray has said that he's now "living a normal gay life", i.e. having sex with men. Not only is he committing the sin of homosexuality, but also the sin of fornication. Sex, Biblically and naturally, is clearly to be solely between a man and a woman united in marriage. Not a hard one to figure out.

Your status isn't determined by what you do, it is determined by what Christ did.
As for Paul, if you read the whole verse and the next one, you see that he is actually talking about the original redemptive act of Christ that saved him (and who he is without it) . In context, Paul is says that God saved him (a killer and persecutor of the church) as an example of his longsuffering, to show to all men that no sin, no matter how grievous can exempt someone from salvation

this song reminds me of my grandpa,he was my everything..he was the only one at the hospital the day i was born,and he raised me...i went to church with him every sunday...i want to sing this for my next talent show,if i do i will post it.
My cousin recorded this song to play it at my grandma's funeral. He did that cuz he knew he would not be able to get up and sing on the day of the funeral. I miss her so much! I couldn't even recite the verse that I was given. Oh well at least I will see her again someday.

God loves all people. It doesn't matter who they are. But the things they do can be bad.
A person who is gay can easily be a good person, but if he does the gay things he will be sinning.
The Bible is Clear on that. If you want some scriptures i can give them to you, but they are not soft.

This is why we should pray. The Persons can be good but their doings are evil.
