I'd say to lose the Tube Screamer. This amp doesn't need it, or any other distortion/overdrive pedal. That includes my Radial ToneBone Hot British pedal. This amp has near perfect distortion, it is thick without the muddiness, and has depth and clarity, and sounds great either loud or at a more lower volume level.

I think I have found my amp! :)
