They need only reasonable suspicion, and trust me, the evidence these anonymous people had was far more than enough to warrant reasonable suspicion.

When a cop fails to investigate that, he is failing to enforce the law, which is a crime for cops. He is not only supposed to be fired, but jailed as well. Little known fact.

Law Enforcement Officers are not allowed advancement in Scientology, and are generally discouraged from coming around Scientology facilities, and being Scientologists.
