i really respecy your perspective on martial arts and yes they are all one family created for health preservation and self defence! i hope you get better and better all the way
. i do kickboxing and wing chun and had some few shaolin kung fu training !
i see you have some nice forms there my master has taught me xingyi形意拳for many years and I have gotten bored of it cause the training was harsh and repetitive. I just do forms and squats so i switched to sanda which i thought was more my style cause im ambitious and i need a target to get me going. even though my master is 1.6m and about 60 kilos.its looks like i can just take him but he scares the crap out of me cause hes done qigong for so long and his balls dont hurt when i kick him
@TheMartialartsJedi ive checked out his stuff many times before. His vids are really good, and I think he's a great martial artist. Kudos to master wong!
Good video, very good video, though I reckon the biggest problem facing those who incorporate different martial arts together is the issue about stance/attack position, though it can be overcome with your own self discovery.
@GabbysMyKittyRawr Thanks, and this video is purely conceptuale. My main still is and will always be xingyiquan, I just wanted to throw a "shout out" to all other styles that I enjoy out there.
@randyds5 ahh, I see, very open minded, its very good to remember your mother style as you continue on in your training in other styles, and it was a very good shout out. :)
if you can self regulate the body mechanic for the technique it would be glorious.. i too am on that process& have yet to combine them w/o consciously separating them.. if you combine the footwork of trap,& american, and japanese.. to its energetics that would be very amazing.. like 2:43 to a xing yi or bow/arrow motion punch.. or sweep& ground mech. of the forms .. i like it especially the cqc part of your wingchun,&sweeps of you sanda not saying the other arts have no sweeps too

@TheMartialartsJedi Dude, Master Wong is badass! That guy is so goofy, but equally intimidating. I love his videos.

@Ronnock I concur! he's funny, and silly, but you would never guess he could actually kick ass.
