  • Cool :) hey everyone type in "abawald" to see a little five year old named isabelle do her solo. She is really good for her age and absolutely aHdorable!!!! (the one without the sound is better). :)

  • @xblondiexbabe Stretch all three splits!!! You really have to stay high in your hips, lifting in your lower abs, and not gripping in your hips or your leg will fall. Hope that helps. I don't have enough characters to name body parts and the anatomy of it.

  • i can only do left split its not very good but yeaaa.. but i cant do it as a leg extention my right leg is not flexible at all :( and middle just hurts

  • I can do my splits and everything, but i can't get my leg to stay up when I let go hahaha

  • LOL try working on your splits...i don't have a full left or middle split yet but i can almost do this on left and middle...just keep stretching your legs and splits and you'll get it soon enough :)
