00:47, thats not actually considered a violent eruption. volcanoes with orange/red lava arent consider violent. its actually peaceful, like the ones in hawaii. the ones that erupt with viscous material and big pyroclastic clouds are considered violent. but the red erptions are pretty. the title is just misleading.

The only reason that I watched this was because on the news there was a story about Mt. Vesuvius erupting and I was born in a town only 1 mile away. The story on the news said that scientist predict the next eruption to be a really big one similar to the one in AD79 that covered Pompeii. I think if this were to happen no one would be prepared for such an eruption and it could possibly happen any time soon. : /

@XFireyFlamesX It's real, I have seen video of this. Looks cooler in the video because you can see the lava flow moving that is in the picture. In the photo, the lava flow is practically camoflaged. The red glow just stands out so much that it diverts people's attention from the actual lava flow.

Yellow Stone is right on top of a cavern miles long and deep that slowly but steadily fills with magma. there is a lake in Europe or Asia that has an island in the middle, and the whole thing is over a supervolcano. if one of them erupts, then screw global warming myths, we get another ice age and lose half of a continent

How many eruptions have you heard about in the last year? Kraktol, Etna, the one in Iceland, Indonesia, etc. The super Caldera under Yellowstone is heating up. The floor has been raising .7 to .8 inches a year for a decade. Don't sound like much until you consider it's nearly a hundred miles across. If it goes, kiss global warming bye.

Since 2008 there have been 52 Volcanic eruptions. That includes all of the Volcanos that have been "active" for ongoing periods of 5 or more years.

And People drive cars every day...but even still. Nothing compares to a Volcano. These babies are so intense that they can change the course of weather patterns globally, bring about Ice ages etc.

And as far as Global warming goes, It's already confirmed it's getting cooler.
