When I was a kid in Elementary school, I fell in lust with one of my teachers. She wore glasses, of course. Maybe that was when I acquired the good taste for babes-in-glasses. dont wear glasses!
1. Be able to close your eyes/blink with no fuss. any strain needs to go. Your eyes water if tension is released
2. Pupils (black dots) should not dilate during daytime
3. Drop shoulders, relax your hands and breathe easily through nose and allow the diaphram to expand rather than chest
4.Dont take a stance which strains you or cuts off you from your surroundings.
5.Dont TRY to see things, Vision doesn't requires any work.
6. Avoid excessive self-restriction
