I like both boxers and their styles. To put some numbers up: Both fighters have almost the same number of total fights. Both have 5 losses each (I don't count Jones' disqualification as a "true" loss). But, Jones has 3 out of those 5 losses by KO/TKO! Bernard = losses by decision only!
In effect, I think Hopkins is excessively pissed, feels disrespected, and seems hungrier. But, we could never underestimate Jones. He is a legend.

and the bullshit there was no one to test Jones, i honestly believe it doesnt matter. He beat Hopkins at middleweight, he beat Toney at 168, he outclassed an entire division of champions and contenders at 175 and achieved something no one could do in 100 odd years by winning the heavyweight title. His career is remarkable and should not be marred by his continuation to fight past his best, all the greats did it.

at the end of the day, Jones is always better. i'm a massive fan of both, but I can't deny Jones had god given ability, everything came much easier to him due to the physical abilities he possessed, lets remember, this is a guy at 160-175 that's quicker hands than Mayweather and Pacquiao ! Hopkins had to work a lot harder to attain his skills, what he had to work for, Jones pretty much eased his way through. Prime Jones unstoppable, Hopkins always had bother with speedy or volume guys

hopkins. because these highlights are of jone's older career. bernard still has the same defense and chin he had 10 years ago. Jones chin isnt that great after being knocked out by johnson and tarver. and even thogh he won against lacy come on he only had 27 fights so he didnt have much expeirence as pavlik the person bernard should of knocked out.
