First a little correction this is not Daksh, this is Faraz I think you have seen the name in the video response. Any way.

The chords are Am, G, F and C. and I am not sure how should I explain the strumming pattern. Its simple 3 single string and then 3 strings in one go. Then 3-4 strings from the top and one back strum. I hope you will try to understand some how :)
