i got more tricks:you can pinch to zoom on the camera,and you can change the style of the notifications in the notifications center(banner,alert,none(off)) ,and you can download multiply apps at the same time(instead of one by one) , and you can delete calls,and you can pause the timer instead of canceling it,and there is more,but i dont remember them all,but i know that they are 200+!!!,this iOS 5 is awesome,i dont remember the remaining and i got no characters remaining,i hope that was helpful

Go to settings>general>accessibility then turn on Speak Selection. What it does is whatever you highlight that is what the iphone will read. (highlight the words and tap on speak)

when you edit a photo, and you use crop, use your 2 fingers in a circular fashion, for a small rotation! :D
