you rack up your points, or "PTZ" as they call it,

and a redepmtion starts,

I missed the general redemption by 14 minutes. The Redemption was like at 7am. It was so gay. Ive been reading on forums that the previous redemptions have our between 5 PM AND 7 PM in Pittsburgh which is 7am and 9am or 5am to 9am around there. Hopefully this helps you guys for the next redemption.
