Good question. I agree it'll be the AUG... That gun is beast and nearly the same as the FAMAS.

However a close contender is the AK47... Why I don't know because I completely suck with it and always use the L96 and Spectre but I see an AK47 in nearly every match now. Maybe it's becoming the new pro weapon or something due to it's high recoil. Kinda like the Intervention in MW2 - it's a gun that's hard to use and EVERYONE must use it to feel truly pro and have fun too.

In my opinion map packs doesn't fix other problems with bo. The hit detection, knifing and all the other random shit in it. Treyarch has missed the point, fix the guns rather than releasing a map pack after another.

hey guys i understand your point krahu but remember that the aug is unlocked at level 26 which is ok but the famas is unlocked at level 14 so my point is that any noob that begins to play the game will use the famas becuase it has a high fire rate a decent power and a very good accuracy so they will use that and remember that the aug has a lot more of recoil so i think the next overused gun would be the galil with the suppresor becuase its the best weapon suppresed thumbs up so they can see

The FAMAS will be replaced by the AUG or AK74U. Players will always use the most dominant gun in the game. Honestly Activision needs to balance all the weapons for MW3. Remove Stopping Power and make the guns more realistic. No more SMGs that can shoot across the map or LMGs that need four to five hits to drop someone.

In black ops nothing really bothered me in regards to perks weapons,but the thing that makes blops so bad is the inconsistency ,the hit detection mixed with terrible connection and such huge host advantage,mixed with no stopping power make it almost unplayble IMO. You really shouldnt buy the map pack. Black Ops is almost over and even though the maps seem cool and fun, the PEOPLE playing them won't be as excited to run around. You will get more ghost than regular because its the PEOPLE that ruin this game. If everyone played without feeling the NEED for certain perks & weapons the game would be 50% more enjoyable....remember the connections & hit detection will be VERY off especially after playing MW2 for a while.

The thing that Krahu was talking about the broken sprint animation is because of promod lobbies, it removes idle sway aswell, and if someone who has been infected with promod is chosen as host they will give everyone a broken infection (Gliding instead of sprinting, no sniper sway, extreme conditioning and sleight of hand are broken, the UAV will randomly always show a players position, can't use mounted MGs, its endless.

I spent £10 on the first Blops map pack, and the only decent things on there are Stadium, Berlin Wall and Ascension, and I barely play zombies. Discovery is campy and slow paced, Berlin Wall is manageable when playing as a team or solo, but much easier in a team. Kowloon is shit.

@arappx Some people complained about no counter to Cold Blooded. The reason is Stopping Power is in the same tier perk, which means using CB gives you *some* disadvantage. In reality, few people use it. I only use it in an anti-airsupport class. In BO, there's no disadvantage to using Ghost, which means mre people are going to use it. Hope that makes sense :)
