Wow, she has no idea of the power of IE7.

It is possible for you to make IE7, faster then FF3 or FF2.

All you have to do is enable its Full Speed. In the Registry Editor.

When I enabled it, IE7 was 70-80% faster. You also have to have a fast pc.

Firefox 3 runs a little faster then IE7 in full speed. But, FF3 gets so many errors, that it bugs me to death!!!

I prefer IE7.

dude... these are normal tests in normal conditions. IE 7 sucks big time... You have to modify the Registry... Oh, ok... that's a bummer.. especially if you don't know to edit registries, which is safe to say that most people don't. IE 7's tab support is weak and loading takes longer... not to say about the security issues with it... The score is fair.

Let me guess, your pc is crap. Your pc has to be quick and fast.

I bet you have all those ridiculous themes, that slow down your pc by 50%.

Pc proformance needs to be very deceant, to have nice IE7 speed.

FF3 has so many errors. When I was searching on Youtube, it closed me out saying " Firefox has encountered an error" or something in that category.

It does it almost half of the time, while I have very deceant internet speed.

If a AMD Dual Core 2.2 Ghz, 2 GB rams, 512 MB video ram is crap, sure. I work as a web programmer.. and trust me... i now this things. I've worked with both for about 2 years now... And is dumb to do something in IE... They don't respect so many things... like Javascript or CSS... About the errors, in a way you are right. But trust me, IE isn't that far. I got many errors with IE too. By the way, IE is the only browser that managed to eat 1 GB of virtual memory. Don't know how, but it did.

The errors, are the only thing slowing down FF3.

If it wasn't with so many errors, It would be the best. But, it's not.

And another thing... How sure are you when entering a website with IE? The possibility to get spyware is very high. I don't have problems like that in Firefox.

That is why you carry a decent Antivirus and Antispy.

I use Avira Antivir and Spyware Blaster.

What do you use? AVG?

AVG has a low detection on spyware, adaware, etc.

Avira is said to have the highest. I found 4 things in avira, 0 in AVG.

Avira also has a good protection. It detects spyware or anything bad while you are surfing.

Then gives you options to what to do with it. Delete it, deny it, etc.
