lol... if I read some of those all-negative comments here, that's the only response I can produce... I mean, this is pretty awesome for doing this alone at home, and without any expensive tools. Well, the model is ugly, but whatever... In the animation it looked like the program would only move single vertices of the model, it could be improved by recalculating the position of other vertices aswell, other than that it looks like a job well done. (well, the 'music' gives me a really awful feel)

Very nice on the programming as for the modeling there are some programs that will automaticly creat a 3d textured model of your face the only thing you need for it are 2 refs

The model needs a lot of work. you seem to be more a programmer than a modeler so I recomend you use a stock head.

Why are you using game maker? if you made this and set it up so it could export animations to a standard file type (say support for blender 3D) you could sell it for about $20. Every independant

What heck is up with the sounds?? Get some more research on the mocap because this is not really good.Well at least you know how to use the mocap.
