@kozmonot yeah but its to let you know that the little kid didn't do his preyer an showing people that they're culture is real did the ants bite the old man?? NO an for your info I even took notes because either then doing so much talking I do more studying well peace an one love to the subscribers you could learn a lot from this :)
@ChannyJacksonify Is it the guy who brings up a number of valid points the stupid fuck, or is it the ignorant toolbag who calls someone stupid by saying "you are one stupid fuck" without providing any basis as to why he thinks this?
That's right, go back to watching hair tutorials. Leave the big-kid conversation to the people with the brain capacity to do so. Thinking must be pretty hard for someone like you.
Aren't a lot of insects nutritious. It seems weird they don't try them, unless they have specific toxic substances build up that could form potential damage to the human body.
@kozmon0t *fakesmile* obviously, documentaries are new to you. documentaries explain and demonstrate. they do not interfere. the locals are superstitious, and have a perfectly working system to rid themselves of the pest. interfering would not only disrupt that one tradition, but their whole culture, as it is based on a rather different viewpoint.
@Pemphetru Don't look now but your nose just reached orbit.
The villagers didn't care about the documentary, they wanted to get rid of the termites. Is it about what the villagers want, or what the armchair scientist watching at home wants?
No way did they not say, screw the documentary, kill the queen. They just didn't put it on camera. Much of the video is clearly scripted or reenacted, too, which is also "interference." They may even have been paid to do it the hard way.
@YoungTeddy92 the introduction of the army ants by the villagers is human action, not a natural event. So no, it ain't nature, any more than a bug fight in a jar. Like most docs, they wanted cool pictures. So they made sure the army ants method was used.
You may have noticed there were eventually far more ants than the old man collected. If so, I bet you ignored it like any well-trained doc viewer. If you knew how much of docs is staged, you wouldn't look to them for "nature."

Rest of the world: Sending people to the moon, launching drones into space, harnessing technology that could literally crack our planet in half.
Niggers in Africa: Living in huts made out of wood and having their lives ruined by bugs.
Good stuff.
