Care package is basically a random dropped killstreak that you get at 4 kills (or 3 with hardline) you can get anything upto an EMP? I don't think you can get nukes that way never seen it happen! Alternatively it could be an emergency drop(which is 8 kills) which drops 4 random creats. I use that myself and its very very good if you want a nuke use emergency drop...Unless you wanna be like those guys that go for the harrier, choppergunner, then tactical nuke which is too easy and no fun...
