@liyxb00 try Joann fabric, Hancock fabrics, or an outlet like SR Harris. One of those is bound to be near you. I've been sewing for almost 10 years now, and I'm nowhere near as inventive as this girl. I find myself criticizing her lack of seam finishes, but that's all I can nit-pick. :)

its not really a pencil skirt as it isnt tight at the knees hence the name 'pencil' which comes to a point. Very nice but not what i was looking for. Anyone know of a video showing how to do a pencil skirt with a slit up the back?

Nice, you might try pressing the hem line with an iron after pinning and before sewing to get a nice hem seam. Love it!
