that video with ruins were taken from Russia today channel, you can find a lot of videos, in youtube, with same areas but which were made in Ossetia, specialy that popular, frame, were two tanks stick together. well if you don't want to listen me , at least you can hear what Fox reporter said , that russians did'nt burned houses, they probably regret that they send such reporter there:)later i'll make more videos about ruins of Ossetia,everyweek people go there, and making videos
