And if she continues using that jaw vibrato she's going to RUIN her voice! Jackie sounds like a complete amateur compared to this magnificent woman, as talented as she is for being only 10 years old. I enjoy hearing them both, but I prefer Barbara.

I caught her during the rehearsal, I'm surprised by how good she looks even without make-up! If you think she's beautiful and sexy, wait until you see her in person! She performed several Puccini and Donizetti arias when I heard her in person, she blew me away!!

I read some of the comments comparing Barbara to Jackie, and having listened to both I can say for me, Barbara is more dramatic, but Jackie has a soulfulness to her voice that I found much more appealing. Jackie has said herself she is not an opera singer, and so what. I like Jackie's version so much more. It is more soothing to listen to but still deeply moving. That's my own opinion. Jackie has some minor breathing issues that should improve as she grows up. Just MHO.

Every time I hear her sing it fills me with emotion. I think everyone can agree she should have won America's Got Talent. Jackie Evancho's voice will probably one day be this good and is a complete surprise because of her age. But today, Jackie Evancho's voice is not nearly as rich, full and sweet as is Barbara Padilla's.

A good friend of mine was diagnosed with breast cancer and on Christmas eve 2008 she underwent a double mastectomy. While going through her treatments she competed in powerlifting.
