In my personal opinion. I think Ricky really Liked amy from the first day he met her, She is the only girl he never cheated on. I think he knew deep down he needed Amy because she was the girl who could make him a better person, but he just didnt care to be better at first and thats why he slept around. Since day one you could tell whenever he looked at her there was more. He just never wanted to face it. Maybe fate made her have the baby to bring them together. Like they should have been.
